It basically explores a dom/sub relationship between Harry and Draco which develops a few years after that fateful meeting in Berlin (with Draco as dom). There's some bondage and fisting and enemas and such. But it's really about the absolute trust that's required for such a relationship. The writing is fantastic, and if you're not squicked by such things, it is incredibly hot.
