Sometimes, I think they want to keep themselves busy and needed. And yes, the zantai-Rustazh worked in overdrive and overtime. I will let him know how much you thank him.:-) And darn: "leave the Black-Karis-outfit in the wardrobe!). " I like that outfit. Makes me look good :-). And feel sooo rebelious ;-).
And for your last point: give them enough rope and (hopefully) they will hang themselves.....
