Transformation by Amalin (
monochromal) [slash, Harry/Draco; mild NC-17]
Summary: In Harry's sixth year at Hogwarts, he must face the consequences of the attack on the Department of Mysteries and the effects of Voldemort's return. And in doing so, he finds that even your enemies can teach you valuable lessons - about the world, and about yourself.
This is something I'd been missing for some time: a long, well-plotted, *convincing* Harry/Draco epic! And the rarest of achievements too: a sixth-year fic that actually *focuses* on the history of hatred and conflicting loyalties between the pair. Amazing stuff! :)
Montague's Law by "Martha Spendlove" (*grin*) [slash, Harry/various, NC-17], Part 1 and Part 2.
Summary: Post war. Lucius has grown bored of his slave and invokes Montague’s Law, a public and cruel repudiation of ownership.
Based on a concept of Pet by LinW (an utterly rec-worthy gem all on its own), this is one scary dark glimpse at the wizarding world after Voldemort's victory, in which Severus Snape observes the destruction of Harry Potter by Lucius Malfoy and an old wizarding law. A marvellous Snape, and one of the most memorable plot twists I've seen in ages. Approach only if you can handle serious non-con, but *if* you do, make sure you read it to the end!
