Brokeback Mountain, LJ and Birthday Wishes

Sometimes I really wonder... does LJ have a certain habit of skipping random Friends Pages entries, or is that just me - because I usually log in, and still it happens all the bloody time! *growls catlike*

And yep, I went and saw 'Brokeback Mountain' on Thursday night together with hummelchen (who rocks and received a Draco/Giant Squid fic link for her trouble). I admit that I was rather apprehensive about the movie for several reasons - the hype, the Oscars hubbub, a certain dislike for cowboy hats and romance... And then it got to me like nobody's business!
