Hope all the evil clears out quickly. (Have to tell you that menopause is great - provided it drags no baggage with it.) Meanwhile, enjoy the lovely days you get. Autumn is drawing in. Winter has its sweets, but you have to rug up for them.
It sounds, actually, as if you could do with some serious rest.
