Doctor Who

I've watched my first few random Doctor Who episodes over the past days, and omg, why did nobody tell me it was that much fun?!? Or rather, why didn't I listen to anybody who said it was good?

Seriously, it's more whacky than Farscape (which has been my crack-in-space benchmark so far), and it's awesomely different from your average pseudo-military SF series (not dissing Star Trek, I swear love it, but it's nice to see something else).

And the best about it is that there's a *lot* more to watch :).

I've wanted to watch Doctor Who for a while, but don't really know where I should actually start.

So far, I've seen 'End of Time' and 'Voyage of the Damned' and 'Partners in Crime', and then I went back and started with 'Rose' and am now in the middle of 'Aliens of London', going at it chronologically. It's great fun :).

I know *S* I just started watching Supernatural. And am quite enjoying it, even with its issues.
(Though to be fair, both me and my life have changed so much since that show started that I don't think I'd have liked it as much back then as I do now.)

Me neither, but I settled for the 'new' version because I don't even know where to look for the older ones... So far, it's been working rather well, and I don't feel I'm lacking background info.
