Giving up cheese would be a crime! I also read mostly slash, but am not happy with it - mostly because I know I miss out on so much great stuff that way...
I just finished a Master's Degree in Classical Archaeology. *envies badly* That was my first dream when I considered university, but did not do because it was near-impossible to turn it into a career afterwards. I compensated with a minor in Ancient History, but I do regret not doing it then.
