I think you did a great job describing Privet Drive 4 and its inhabitants from Percy's POV. Observations like Vernon's "wands" and the "ecklectical bulb" amused me -- you were clearly describing the surroundings from a pureblood wizard's point of view. Very nice take on Percy's character. I can see Vernon almost tolerates him here, and I'm not surprised. :)
