Nipping out to the 'net cafe in between watching "The Chamber of Secrets" on video (all hummelchen's fault for making me dig out my HP films...).

Zombies... are what I resemble when the world tries to run me sans coffee and chocolate.

Damn, I have mosquito bites everywhere... including half an inch above my right nipple which is driving me bonkers! TMI, sorry :).

1. My username is kennahijja because that's been my favourite-ever RPG character (a Klingon communcations officer).
2. My journal is titled "Life is a nice place to visit... but I wouldn't want to live there" because, well, yes - that's how it is.
3. My subtitle is nonexistent because it'd be too much work and the title is already waffly enough.
4. My friends page is called "Chicken with Manors in them" because this cracked me up like nothing else in one of mctabby's Summary Executions.

I don't know about Germany, but in Britain there is such a thing as deed polls, and in Italy you can have your name changed by publishing it on the official State newspaper - Gazzetta Ufficiale. An aunt of mine had hers changed that way once.

1. My username is fpb because of a small matter connected with my ancestry and baptism.
2. My journal is titled reflections of a stormy petrel because I expect that if I say what I think, there will be trouble.
3. My subtitle is "from sleep and from damnation deliver us, good Lord" because I love, love, love G.K.Chesterton.
4. My friends page is called "thank God for the following people" because I like having friends. And if anyone thinks that the existence of the likes of kikei, superversive, chthonya, avus, johncwright and lady wife, privatemaladict or ani_bester is not something to thank God for, then, to quote Treasure Island, it won't be in the same world with old FPB.
5. My default userpic is the goddess of war and wisdom, Athena, because I think that wisdom, like all good things, is something that always needs fighting for. Her image sums up the way I see the important things in human life.

It's a great icon. I'll admit that it took me two weeks to realise it was 'petrel' and not 'petrol', which left a different-but-not-totally-unrelated impression... *And* taught me a new English word in the end.

You wish, sunbathing nude! It's mostly reading at night with the window open (curtains closed, but the buggers get in still) and then sleeping nude (it's so bloody humid right now - thunderstorms all night long, and *still* Waschküche, brrr! Even Hexe looks hot.
