One? These are the people where picking just one is a real tough thing to do!
Amanuensis: favourite would be A World Not So Black Nor White, but (for variety's sake) another incredible one is Other Chambers, Darker Secrets (and *don't* hit that if you're even remotely squeamish about noncon, chan, violence... It's one of the most traumatic fics I know!)

I'm not at all a visual person, so I couldn't even come up with three...
1) fiendling (for a mind-blowing Harry/Lucius picture ;)).

fiendling: HP website (hope that's ok...) - the '10 Ways to Kill Malfoy' and its sequel is hilarious...
