The Fictional Crush Meme
(filched from
passo)
Five fictional people - from television, movies, books, whatever - that you had a crush on as a child (or early teens). Then post this on your LiveJournal so other people can be assured that you're as weird as they thought.
Oh, this is going to be embarrassing!
1. Guy of Gisborne from the Robin of Sherwood TV Series in the 1980s. He was the villain, evidently, and I fell for him when he was revealed as the half-brother of Robin of Locksley, and I *so* wanted to make him see the light ;).
2. Darth Vader. No, seriously. I'm hopeless with evil bastards who have just a shred of potential for redemption. And family feuds...
3. Cutter, from Elfquest. He's just *pretty*, and heroic, and naive (well, in the first few cycles) and perfectly human for an elf :). It was mainly the beautiful artwork that got me.
4. Morgaine from Marion Zimmer-Bradley's Mists of Avalon. I've always been a sucker for Arthurian legend, and having it turned around to tell it from the PoV of the 'bad' sorceress, and a woman... The priestess got me badly, even more than Robert Raymon Kadarin from her Darkover books...
5. Ok, if anybody figures this out, I'll be humiliated to the dust: Loxagon, son of Asmodis, in the German 'Tony Ballard' series :). Demon. Utter bad guy. Cute, dumb, with an evil overlord complex...
Hm... this displays a humiliating tendency for crushing on the bad guys, doesn't it? Makes me wonder why I'm writing so much Lucius Malfoy...
And this made me snicker:
How Butch or Femme Are You?
