Censorship Rant, Thanks, Rant(let) and Meme

My heart-felt sympathies to all Australian fanfic writers who are going through a rough time at the moment because the explanation behind the recent Skyehawke ToS change reveals that chan fiction is illegal under Australian law. The daily_snitch has everything about that sad (and plain infuriating) affair here.

The community free_speech_au has been founded by several writers to address the impact of Australian legislation.

On a happier note, many thanks to all of you who gave me a kick towards that Ron/Lucius fic I’m struggling with. I really needed that to get back into gear. And the other two will be written as well – it was just a question of which one first.

And could someone please tell me not even to *look* at the challenges of pornish_pixies’s Fantasy Fest. I don’t have the time! *wails*

And to round up, a fun little song meme filched from seventines:
1. Pick a few songs that most people would know.
