1. If you write, fandoms you have written/are writing/plan to write and favorite ships.
Practically all HP with very little exceptions and no plans to change that, unless it's giftlets for friends. Favourite ships... Harry/Lucius, Ron/Lucius, and Harry/Draco along with tons of weirdling rarepairs :).

2. Fandoms/Pairings you are ADDICTED to at the moment:
I have a weird obsession with next gen slash right this moment... that, and cross-gen next gen slash. Won't somebody write me Lucius/James Jr or Lucius/Albus, please? ;)

3. Fandoms/Pairings you like, but aren't necessarily obsessed with:
Tis not quite a fandom, but I'll read whatever liriaen writes about the Borgia :). As for HP pairings I like, I could go on for hours, from Lucius/Remus to Lucius/Blaise to Ron/Snape to just about any Lucius-pairing under the sun except for LM/SS, Harry/Zacharias, Ron/Blaise... And oh, threesomes! Yum!

4. Fandoms/Pairings you're new to, but enjoying:
Well, the next-gen pairings, obviously. Dumbledore/Grindelwald too.

5. You can choose one non-canon pairing you love to become canon (in a good way that the writers don't screw up). Who do you pick?
This is so bloody cliched, but... Harry/Draco :).

6. You're only allowed to read fic from one fandom (any pairing) for the next three weeks. What fandom do you choose?
That's pretty much what I do anyway, so no hardship - Harry Potter.

7. You're allowed to refer to your favorite ship only by a shipper name. What ship is your favorite and what would you name them?
I'm blissfully happy that no perverse soul (I hope!) has ever suggested referring to H/D as "Haco". Turning my favourite ship into either "Lun" or "Rocius" would be equally painful, though I'd pick the latter.

8. Two of your fandoms are going to collide in a spectacular crossover. Which fandoms would you pick?
Ah, Star Wars and Star Trek! I've once started a fic that had Darth Vader clash with a crew of Klingons :).

9. You have to choose between reading bad porn about your fandom obsession of the moment, or no fic at all. What do you pick?
Bad porn. At worst, it's good for a laugh.

10. You're asked to pick a theme song for one character/ship. What song do you pick, and for whom?
I'd pick Runrig's "This Is Not a Love Song" for Ron/Lucius. Mostly because this ship *does* bring out the sap in me :).

11. It's 2 in the morning and you should be doing math homework. What kind of fic do you read instead?
I'm way beyond such things as math homework, but at that time at night, I'm probably stuck on something novel-length, most likely H/D which is pretty much the only thing I pick up at that length.

12. The ship that makes you go "Awww" is...
Harry/Ron, I guess, because most of what makes me go "aww" makes me go "ugh" for that very reason :).

13. The ship that makes you want to yell, "Just have sex already, you morons!" is...
Harry/Draco, no doubt about it :).

14. The ship you're probably going to hell for shipping is...
I'm probably going to hell for most of my regular shipping diet... If dreaming of Lucius-or-Draco/Albus Severus-or-James won't do the trick, a faible for Harry/Fenrir probably will.

15. The character you alternatively love to death and want to beat some sense into is...
Lucius, basically. Though Harry almost as much.

16. The character you're almost embarrassed to admit you like is...
Fenrir Greyback. And I am embarrassed, I am!

17. Your very first fandom/ship was...
My first fandom (excepting Star Wars/Battlestar Galactica the Old when I had no idea what fandom was) was X-Men - but as a lurker only. Back then, Kronos/Methos was my thing. In HP, which would qualify as first *real* fandom, Harry/Draco.

18. The fandom you could read any kind of fic in is...
Harry Potter - and I think I *have* read any kind of fic, at least once ;).

19. The fandom you would totally write an anonymous Mary Sue fic in is...
Star Wars - I'd even have a plot :).

20. The show you would bring back from cancellation...
Farscape - that was both crazy and cool.

Oh god, slay me, I just thought about signing up for h_h, but after having to drop out of hd_inspired, with a prompt that had turned me on like whoa... I'd really better not. Better finish some long overdue fics and do yuletide and stuff. Sigh.

What I so like about h_h this year is the endless deadline :). And while I can totally understand your dropping out of hd_inspired, it's still such a bloody pity, *sniff*.

OH BUT I DO!

I'm heartbroken about hd_inspired. Really am. Would have been my first English HP fest. I was all aflame for that prompt, I hated and loved it at the same time, which tends to be a good constellation for me. But... I just... couldn't. Not a chance in hell. My imminent move has me fretting like a fretting thing, and my home's a construction site. :/

I know - it's just pity about the fic that won't be written (even though, once the infernal move and stress are over) you can still revisit and write it if you have the time and still feel the pull. Am thinking of you about the construction site - not that it'll help, but *hugs*.

Of course, you are right, and perhaps the story had matured then, too. Am I whiny when I bemoan that, only then, no-one will read it? A fest would have at least meant a minimum of attention, while posting outside of fests, I feel, has become akin to wadding things up and tossing them into the bin right away. Write & discard. Whiny, I know, I know. *Sigh*

Thank you for your good wishs, dear! I sometimes feel other people might take this situation in stride, but... we're all pretty demoralised here. Last night my downstairs neighbour stood sobbing at my door because her entire living room was covered 1 cm high with fine dust that had come in through the chimney. :/

Lucius/Albus is not a pair I ever considered before. That has some great non-con/chan potential!
