Freepoverty Geography Game

Best meme/game I've seen in a long time! It's fun, educational, and definitely for a good cause. Still, geography has always been my weakest non-science subject, and it shows :). I guess if I play this long enough (and it sure is addictive!), I'll get a lot better at it ;).

American? You're American? Just asking 'cause I took you for a Londoner but then I'm anything but an accent expert :).

lol! Yep, I moved to London about eleven years ago, but I still can't even fake a British accent.

1039.
Guess who spent his childhood with his nose deep in an atlas? And has never got out of the habit since.

Holy f**k! That Atlas-diving really has paid off!

Well, that MUST have impressed you...

...really, especially after meeting you in person, one thing I was NOT expecting from you is profanity. In a weird sort of way, I am flattered.

If people asked me why I love maps, I could not even answer, but I have an idea that it has something to do with the history and the conditions of the people they represent, with a sense of reaching out and touching them.

*grin*

Though it's only proper profanity without the asterisks in my book :).
