Before we come to memetime, one piece of useful advice for the day:
When you cut your toe nails, try *not* to slice off your thumb with the nail scissors. It hurts. What??? It can happen! (*ouch*)

1. What bill do you hate paying the most?
Gas and electricity. Because you *know* you've just been ripped off by big business.
2. Where was the last place you had a romantic dinner?
*coughs madly*
I do dinner. I definitely don’t do romance.
3. What do you really want to be doing right now?
Curl in bed with a fun book.
4. How many colleges did you attend?
Tübingen University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
5. Why did you choose the shirt that you have on right now?
Because sitting around in my nightgown only is too cold?
6. What are your thoughts on gas prices?
Take public transport and stop whining. Alternately, fight for decent public transport and stop whining.
7. First thought when the alarm went off this morning?
Please let this be a nightmare!
8. Last thought before going to sleep last night?
OMG, I need to edit scene x, y and y of the fic I just sent off to beta.
9. Do you miss being a child?
Not really. I sort of still am, and can indulge in it without anyone telling me what to do. Apart from having to work, that is.
10. What errand/chore do you despise?
Cleaning. Anything else isn't so bad.
11. Get up early or sleep in?
Sleep in. I'm a night person and start waking up at 10 the earliest, and am at my most useful between 6 pm and 2 am. Normal day rhythm is sort of ugly.
12. Have you found real love yet?
I love people. I'm not in love. That's bloody real enough for me.
13. Favorite lunch meat?
Chicken or turkey… ham or roast beef or salami if I can't see a trace of fat.
14. What do you get every time you go into Wal-Mart?
I haven't ever set foot in one, and am determined to keep it that way.
15. Beach or lake?
Beach. Though not for the beach, just for the sea.
16. Do you think marriage is an outdated ritual?
Yes with bells on!
17. Sopranos or Desperate Housewives?
What or what?
18. What famous person would you like to have dinner with?
Lucius Sergius Catilina.
19. Have you ever crashed your vehicle?
I've had a collapsible bike collapse in mid-journey. It was thoroughly in pieces afterwards. Does that count?
20. Ever use a fire extinguisher for its intended purpose?
Nope. Not for any unintended purposes either.
21. Ring tone?
Yes, it rings. Your point?
22. Strangest place you have ever brushed your teeth?
Brushing teeth is way too mundane for my brain to remember.
23. Somewhere in California you've never been and would like to go?
I've never been to California as such, so pretty much every bit would do. If only it wasn't in the US…
24. At this point in your life would you rather start a new career or a new relationship?
I'm pretty good at starting a new career, and I don't do relationships, so…

41 as of very recently.
26. Do you have a go to person?
At work? Sort of – there are one or two people I prefer to ask for advice. In our office, I'm probably it ;). No, I'm not big-headed. Everybody else is even more chaotic than me.
27. Are you where you want to be in life?
Phew… yes as in it's an ok place to be; no, as in, if I had ambition, it could be better.
28. Growing up, what were your favourite cartoons?
Captain Future :). Apart from that, I wasn't much of a 'cartoony' kid.
29. What about you do you think has changed the most?
I've stopped living in daydreams in the past, dunno, 5-8 years. I was almost sure that'd never happen, but here you go.
30. Looking back at high school were they the best years of your life?
Ew, no. Ok, I'm not sure. High school aside, they weren't bad at all. I was even less attached to reality than I'm now.
31. Are there times you still feel like a kid?
I don't think I've changed all that much, to be honest :)
32. Did you ever own troll dolls?
What? Do I want to know?
33. Did you have a pager?
I don't think so. I'm not absolutely positive what it is, but I'm pretty sure I never had it ;). I didn't even have a mobile until three years ago.
34. Where was the hang out spot when you were a teenager?
Best friend's house.
35. Were you the type of kid you would want your children to hang out with?
Well, yes. Role-play, daydream, drink tea, read, chatter… how much more harmless can it get? Although, come to think of it…
