I love...

... [livejournal.com profile] tartanshell, who sent me off on a Luke/Vader fic reading spree with her links, and who writes a brilliant Luke/Vader WiP, Permeation, (go here for the latest installment with links to the previous chapters).
The only drawback of my rediscovered Star Wars love (well, for the original trilogy, mainly) is that it gave me a plot bunny I *so* don't need!
*clubs the critter on its furry head*

... [livejournal.com profile] hummelchen for finally finishing HBP. CONGRATULATIONS (and I'm sure spoiler-free from now on, so GOODBYE to the pretty red colour! And for phoning me up afterwards to rail at Snape for the better part of an hour ;). I've tried to sell her my 'but it's all been a Dumblerdore/Snape setup!' theory, but to no avail. She swears she'll never touch Snape fanfic again, but I know she's lying :).

... [livejournal.com profile] lazy_neutrino for the substantial teaser :). Sure will do - with immense pleasure, too! Give me 'til Friday, ok?
*hugs*

... my video player. Because I just watched all three HP movies (in English, yay!), and great fun was had altogether. And since I'm on the topic of Snape, I'll still maintain that - Alan Rickman or not - movie!Snape is a perfect ugly git without a shred of sexgod (yes, I know the upsurge of Harry/Snape fic in the wake of the movies has to do with that perception of Snape, but I just don't see it - the tension, of course, but not the sexiness). That said, his *voice* certainly makes up for everything (and would sure make me weak-kneed if I were Harry!). There's a bit of bonus track to the first potions lesson in PS, which was... pretty hot, actually ;).

Agreed about Alan Rickman. He can be good looking (Dogma) but he isn't in HP. His voice is just swoon-inducing though! I don't know where my video of PS is come to think of it...

Having only three videos, misplacing is (thankfully not yet) an issue :).

I find book!Snape sexier than movie!Snape, anyway, but I love Alan Rickman's voice.

On the beta front, there's at least one sentence missing from the version I sent you. I must have cut it out accidentally. I'll send a corrected version. Sorry about that. I am a prawn.

No problem - just throw it across :).

Sorry about that. I am a prawn.
*gulps*
My prawn kindof is your fish...

Tom laughed as Harry struggled, flapping like a beached prawn.

He leaned closer. 'I'm going to crack you in half,' he murmured, 'and suck all the tender goodness out of you.' He licked his lips delicately, eyes closed, as he savoured the moment.

There you go! Other people have comment p0rn. You have comment prawn.

(Actually, I don't like prawns either.)

Ow, ow, ow! I think I broke something vital there, laughing ;). You're a wicked woman, and absolutely, wickedly brilliant. I'll take comment prawn every day ;). Actually, the way that gave me shivers, seafood imagery or not, it does qualify as p0rn just fine :). And some say seafood is unerotic... tsk.

It does actually work on both levels doesn't it? I was quite impressed!

It does! I was impressed as heck too. You don't want to go into the market for Harry/Tom, by any chance?

No, I was thinking of that last chapter of the Harry/Tom/Lucius of yours ('BTPL Monsters?') when I wrote it.

I'm disturbed at how much easier I find it to write non-con than con, however.

*loves back!* I'm thrilled you're going to the dark side with me! Yay!

Thanks for the fic-pimp, too. :D

*offers carrots, pets, and encourages your plot bunny*
