Ask any of my characters a question, and I will respond in-character in the comments.

I'm pretty sure I haven't done that before... And I'll probably take until tomorrow to respond (it's late, and I'm hungry...)

Mr Malfoy, what is it that drives you to destroy Arthur Weasley in particular?

Arthur Weasley - he brought my family to the attention of the Ministry, dishonoured the name of Malfoy and caused the miscarriage of my wife. Anyone would have to die for that. But Weasley - he *knows* what he did, knows he did wrong. That makes him vulnerable, and there's no greater victory than making an enemy complicit in his own destruction.

I always wanted to know if Lucius from "Even Lovers Drawn" ever learned that Harry did love him. But I'm afraid of the answer. It's such a heart-wrenching story that if you say "yes," I'll cry. If you say "no," I guess I will too.

I do wonder how I, such a happy-ending whore, love your fics :) Say, Harry, Lucius and Tom in "Beyond This Point..." lived happily ever after, right? It seemed so in the epilogue :)

I cannot answer that in Lucius' perspective, because no, he never learned about it. Harry is dead, and Draco would not ever tell him - both because he wouldn't want to hurt Lucius, and because he fears it would take some of Lucius' attention and affection away from him.

Say, Harry, Lucius and Tom in "Beyond This Point..." lived happily ever after, right?

Well, I think so - not necessarily *happy* throughout, but at least for a time, I think they'd work well together. Unless Tom is older - I can see his ambitions breaking them apart, unless both Harry and Lucius work *really* well together at controlling/channeling him...

Dear "No Desert" Lucius:

Was there a particlar turning point in your relationship with Harry, possibly an event or occurrence that changed what you wanted from him? I ask because it seems that you much improved him in many respects ('though he might not wish to agree), and that seems unlikely to have been your purpose from the start.

Very truly yours,
ferretgm

The first thing that caught my interest (beyond a certain desire of dominating the Boy Who Lived as such) was the way he stood up to Snape - his strength, and overwhelming will to survive. And later on, seeing him with my son. I was able to control and mould him in a way I could not do with Draco, who is a Malfoy, not a tool after all. I saw his immense potential in magic and personality. And finally, the way he responded to me, perhaps against his better interest - he *wanted* to be loved, wanted someone to care about him more than anything, no matter the price. And I could do that for him, and use him in return.
