The Ten Things You Probably Already Know About Me-Meme
(filched from all over the place – tried to make it the Thirteen Things About Me Meme just to hint that I might *not* be such a nice person as the Brutal Honesty Survey seems to imply, but... Won't even *look* in the direction of the Intimidation Meme. Because... nah!)

ONE: I'm really only in it for the HP fandom :).
TWO: I try to keep RL out of my LJ because there are more interesting ways of sending people to sleep.
THREE: Weirdly enough, my fandom personality is a lot more honest than my real self...
FOUR: I ship Harry/Lucius in the sense that I love to read it (done well), love to write it, and won't ever look for it in canon except for the crack.
FIVE: Yep, I *really* mean it when I say I want concrit (and I'll dish it out too).
SIX: I sincerely believe that people should be allowed (and encouraged) to write whatever they want, and censorship or intimidation have me up the wall in a split second. Fiction is not reality!
SEVEN: Rabid shipping confuses the heck out of me (what a humiliating way of embarrassing yourself in public!)
EIGHT: Although writing fanfic has taken over my brain, I don't dream of becoming a real writer. Even if I had the talent (which I doubt), I know I don't have the discipline.
NINE: No, I really don't have an ego :).
TEN: I believe that saying 'women should be forbidden to marry women and men to marry men' is as despicable as saying 'blacks should be forbidden to marry whites' or 'commoners should not be allowed to marry aristocrats', or any other disgusting variety that was considered social 'norm' at one point.

And meh, I'm still only getting about 20% of my LJ comments at most, so... I'm still not ignoring you, if I've been ignoring you!

Oh - and to those of you who're archiving fics on FA: the gorgeous new search engine will work a lot better if everybody goes back to edit their fics to add pairings, timeline, etc. Easily done through the 'Story Management' link off the main page once you've logged in. (though it's kind of amusing to be the only name to show up when searching for Harry/Lucius fics at the moment...)

How? Put < font color="" > and < /font > around the text to be coloured (without the spaces before and after the brackets!), and snoop through the Hexadecimal Colour Codes Chart for the codes to put between the "" [without the # bit] :). It probably helps to have too much time on your hands and an unnatural affection for colour shades ;).
