Umyes, yesterday's Happy was tumbling into bed right after coming home for a quick half-hour nap, and tumbling back out again just in time to make it to work this morning... which is happy all on its own in a way apart from where I skipped all my modly duties.
Either way, twofold happiness today:
HAPPY 1: Getting the neighbouring kitteh who'd given me the full "I'm an evil stone statue from the 7th level of hell and you better leave *now* before I smite you" routine a while back to actually sneak up to me (from across the road!) and let me pet her. Very pretty too - white, with two cute black circles on both sides. Wheee!
HAPPY 2: Coming home to find an Easter parcel from teh parents with lots of lovely chocolate eggs and a bunny and socks (don't ask!). Yay for the chocolate-covered brittle eggs that have all my considerable love 'cause they only exist once a year. Still, it's enough chocolate to distribute half at the office and, well, other occasions I can think of, but yay! Brittle (which is 'Krokant' in German, and the only word to encompass its full brilliance - only in that eastereggy form, though!).
