Apologies for spamming you madly with search posts today - I swear my brain is about as effective as a damaged sieve. A week or so ago, I *think* someone on my f-list recced a Harry/Draco fic titled 'Fairplay' (romance/humour between R and NC-17). At least I hope it wasn't a newsletter... I'd so love to find the author and link!
As for the second thing... Do I have any (native) Spanish speakers on my f-list?
If I have, do you by any chance know one or two utterly trivial (trashy, cliched) Spanish romance novel, preferrably on a historical theme, you could rec me, or give me author and title for? Because my mom's been learning Spanish for a long time, and I'd really like to give her a book for Christmas, but it should not be too challenging, and a genre she enjoys. Isabel Allende did not quite do the trick (I ended up reading around in it more than she...). Any ideas? Translations *into* Spanish would be fine as well...

Date: 2005-10-31 03:01 pm (UTC)Thanks so much - I don't know if it's acceptable to admit in polite society, but I picked up 'Once and Always' at one point during my US exchange year, and still have it ;). I sure know it's mom's cup of tea, so double thanks ;).
